Before You Contact Us

Many common questions can be resolved quickly:

  • Jobs stuck in "processing": Most jobs complete within 5-10 minutes. If a job takes longer than 30 minutes, please contact us.
  • Payment issues: Check your email for Stripe receipts. If you were charged but didn't receive credits, email us with your receipt.
  • Video quality concerns: Output quality depends on source video resolution. We recommend using videos with at least 720p resolution.
  • Credit questions: Your credit balance is shown in the dashboard. Credits refresh monthly on subscription plans.

Bug Reports

If you encounter a bug, please include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • The URL of the video you were processing (if applicable)
  • Any error messages you saw
  • Your browser and device type

Response Times

  • General inquiries: 1-2 business days
  • Payment/billing issues: Same business day when possible
  • Technical issues: 1-3 business days
