Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

First-time subscribers: If you're unhappy within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right, which may include a full refund.

Credits

  • Unused credits: Monthly allowance credits reset each billing cycle and cannot be refunded
  • Purchased top-up credits: Non-refundable once purchased
  • Failed jobs: If a job fails due to a system error on our end, we'll restore your credits automatically

When We May Issue Refunds

  • Significant service outages that prevented you from using credits
  • Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts)
  • First-time subscriber dissatisfaction within 7 days

When We Cannot Offer Refunds

  • Output quality issues that result from low-quality source videos
  • User error (e.g., processing the wrong video)
  • Clips that don't match your creative expectations (the AI selects clips automatically)
  • Unused credits from expired billing periods
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

Email support@imba.studio with:

  • Your account email
  • The charge date and amount
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.

Chargebacks

We prefer to resolve issues directly. If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
