IMBA.studio provides video processing services that transform long-form videos into short vertical clips optimized for social media platforms. The Service includes automatic caption generation, vertical cropping, and clip selection.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process content you do not have rights to use
• Create content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or system protections
• Resell or commercially redistribute generated clips without authorization

5. Content Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to the source videos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Clips: You own the clips generated from your content. We claim no ownership over your output.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the source videos you process.

6. Payment and Credits

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Credits expire and reset according to your plan terms
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused credits, except as described in our Refund Policy

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
