What We Collect
Account Information:
- Email address (for account access and communication)
- Name (optional, for personalization)
- Authentication data via Clerk (our auth provider)
Usage Data:
- Jobs submitted (video URLs, processing options)
- Credit usage and billing history
- Basic analytics (pages visited, features used)
Payment Information:
Credit card details are processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the Service
- To process your payments
- To communicate about your account (billing, support, service updates)
- To prevent abuse and enforce our terms
Video & Content Handling
YouTube Videos:
- We download videos temporarily for processing
- Source videos are deleted immediately after processing completes
- We do not retain copies of source videos
Generated Clips:
- Clips are stored in Cloudflare R2 for your access
- Clips are automatically deleted after 7 days
- You can download clips at any time before expiration
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate:
- Clerk: Authentication and user management
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Supabase: Database hosting
- Cloudflare R2: File storage
- RunPod: GPU compute for video processing
- Vercel: Web hosting
Each service has its own privacy policy. We select providers with strong privacy and security practices.
Data Security
- All data transmitted over HTTPS
- Database access restricted and encrypted
- No plain-text password storage (handled by Clerk)
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
Your Rights
You may:
- Request a copy of your data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Update your account information at any time
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails (transactional emails for billing/support will continue)
