This policy outlines what content and behavior is acceptable when using IMBA.studio. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
You May Use the Service To:
- Process videos you own or have permission to use
- Create clips for personal use or your own channels
- Create clips for clients when you have appropriate rights
- Process videos that are in the public domain or Creative Commons licensed
You May Not Use the Service To:
Process Prohibited Content
- Videos you don't have rights to (unless fair use applies)
- Content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Illegal content under US law or your local jurisdiction
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Content depicting violence, gore, or abuse
- Hate speech or content promoting discrimination
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Misinformation or deceptive content
Abuse System Resources
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems
- Use automated tools to submit excessive jobs
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
- Interfere with Service operation or other users
Engage in Harmful Activities
- Resell access to the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to spam or harass others
- Create misleading or impersonating content
- Use outputs for fraud or scams
Copyright Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to process any video. Fair use may apply in some cases, but determining fair use is your responsibility. When in doubt, get permission or don't process the content.
Enforcement
- Warnings: Minor or first-time violations may result in a warning
- Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary suspension
- Termination: Severe violations will result in immediate termination without refund
We reserve the right to report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
